Reed Group email signatures

Built from Cheyenne's four Canva cards. Names, numbers and addresses are real text, so they stay readable and clickable even when an inbox blocks images.

Email domain

How to install

Gmail (computer)

  1. Pick the email domain above, then click Copy signature under the person.
  2. In Gmail, click the gear, then See all settings. Stay on the General tab.
  3. Scroll to Signature, click Create new, and name it "Reed Group".
  4. Click in the signature box and press Cmd+V (Ctrl+V on Windows).
  5. Under Signature defaults, choose "Reed Group" for both For new emails use and On reply/forward use. If the person sends from more than one address, set the defaults for each one.
  6. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes. Send a test email to yourself to check the photo and links.

If the photo doesn't appear after pasting, refresh this page and copy again. Don't drag or resize the photo inside Gmail.

Gmail app (phone)

  1. The Gmail phone app uses its own plain-text signature, so the photo and colors stay on the computer version.
  2. In the app, open Settings, tap the account, then Signature settings (iPhone) or Mobile Signature (Android).
  3. Type a short version: name, title, phone and "Reed Group | eXp Realty".

Follow Up Boss

  1. Pick the email domain above, then click Copy HTML code under the person.
  2. In Follow Up Boss, click your initials or photo in the top right, then My Settings.
  3. Scroll to Signature and click Edit.
  4. Click the Insert HTML icon in the editor toolbar, paste with Cmd+V, and choose Replace Current HTML.
  5. Click Preview, check the photo and links, then Save Signature.

Follow Up Boss adds this signature to 1:1, batch and action plan emails. If an older signature still shows on some contacts, delete old drafts in the Follow Up Boss inbox.
